TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time, Field Marketing, Senior Manager based in New York City. This is a hybrid role and requires in-office attendance.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute our premier Kharon Global Summit series and other major events, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
Build and manage a scalable, high-performing webinar program to engage target audiences, support product education, and generate qualified leads.
Leverage deep tradeshow knowledge to maximize our presence at industry events, making event sponsorships high-performing, turnkey, and aligned with marketing goals.
Plan and execute smaller, targeted events across key regions to engage specific audiences and address focused use cases, enhancing our presence within high-potential segments.
Lead field marketing efforts across North America, UK/EU, and APAC, adapting event strategies to regional market needs and ensuring alignment with global business goals.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure event strategies drive lead generation and conversion, enabling high-impact field marketing that supports revenue growth.
Measure and analyze the impact of events, continuously refining strategies to improve ROI and strengthen the role of events within the broader marketing mix.
Oversee event budgets and lead the integrated planning process, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales objectives, and maximizing resource efficiency for high-impact outcomes.
Qualifications:
8-12 years of experience in field marketing or event management, with a strong record of running flagship events and webinars at scale.
Proven expertise in trade show planning, sponsorship management, and event execution with high attention to detail.
Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with sales and other cross-functional teams.
Data-driven approach to campaign and event optimization, with experience tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on insights.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple events and projects simultaneously.
Experience managing a team of marketing or events professionals.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing this role is important in assisting drive the growth and expansion of our business across both new and existing markets. We’re seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead high-impact events, trade shows, and webinars that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and scaling flagship events like the Kharon Global Summit, while building a robust webinar program and optimizing our event sponsorships. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable executing high-profile events that generate strong leads and support our sales goals.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $125,000-$145,000 annum. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
